God of Creation: Genesis 1-11

God of Creation: Genesis 1-11

Fall 2026 - Winter 2027

It all began with the WordThe opening chapters of Genesis teach us fundamental truths about God. We watch Him bring light after darkness, order after chaos, and rest after toil—all through the power of His Word.

Over 18 sessions of verse-by-verse study, dive into Genesis 1-11, learning and practicing skills to study the entire Bible. Revisit familiar stories and historical figures, challenge your basic knowledge, and discover deeper meanings in the text. As God reveals Himself through Scripture, His character and promises, we begin to understand ourselves and be transformed into the likeness of Christ.

A Note About Dates: As with all our studies, we prioritise giving you as much time and space as possible for the study and discussion, so we give people two weeks to do each 'week' of this study (we meet every week for discussion and to watch the teaching video). Because of the length of this study, that does mean we will do most of the study in the Fall, break from early December through mid-January, and then resume the study. This study is also followed immediately by the sequel that covers the rest of Genesis, and we do encourage you to do both studies.

Join us by registering via the link below or by filling in a form in the church lobby. We can’t wait to go on this journey with you and discover the goodness and grace of God He reveals in His Word.

God of Covenant: Genesis 12-50

God of Covenant: Genesis 12-50

Winter - Spring 2027

Discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory. There are no minor characters in the story of God. Beginning with Genesis 12, walk alongside the fathers of our faith - Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph - to discern Jesus in the stories of His people.

Over 18 sessions of verse-by-verse study, dive into Genesis 12-50, learning and practicing skills to study the entire Bible. Discover how God orchestrates everything for His glory and the good of His people, and see how the God of creation and covenant is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Because this study naturally follows God of Creation which we are studying in the Fall, God of Covenant will begin right after God of Creation concludes. You do need to register for both as we do not assume because you do one you will be doing the other. You do not have to have done the previous study to do this one and benefit wonderfully from it.

When registration for this study is available, a button will be visible below to take you to the registration page (and registration will be available in the church lobby. You can also sign up for our newsletter to receive announcements and reminders when study and event registrations are available by emailing us.

The Quest: Intimacy with God

The Quest: Intimacy with God

Fall 2027 - Winter 2028

Curiosity is hardwired into humanity. We have this innate need to question and seek after what we don't know or understand.

In this 11-session Bible study, delve into Scripture to explore how God created us to seek after Him―a God who desires to be found and known. In this lifelong quest of faith, learn to develop your intimacy with Him and embrace the adventure that comes with living a life for God.

Learn to ask questions and engage as participants - not spectators - in our walk with Christ. Let the Holy Spirit breathe fresh life into you and lead you into an abundant and unexplainable life where God alone receives the glory. Find safety in Jesus seeing who you really are and find your true identity in Him, as women of valor and honor, less self-ware and more God-aware. Deal with fear in your relationship with God and other spiritual oppositions in the power of Jesus' Name. Hold tight to Scripture and look to God in trust for every step, for every moment God is our Provider and our Portion as we journey with Him.

A Note About Dates: As with all our studies, we prioritise giving you as much time and space as possible for the study and discussion, so we give people two weeks to do each 'week' of this study (we meet every week for discussion and to watch the teaching video). Stepping Up: Psalms of Ascent

Stepping Up: Psalms of Ascent

Winter - Spring 2028

We were made to worship. Our souls crave a relationship in which we are fully known, can be our complete and genuine selves, be truly heard and seen, share the entirety of human experience, and be completely, wholly loved. The Psalms teach us how to engage in such a relationship with the One who made us and loves us beyond imagining.

Traveling pilgrims sang these psalms both on the way to the great festivals of the Lord and as key elements of the worship at those festivals. Just as a song or poem can express feelings of fear, doubt, hope, and joy, Psalms 120-134 model how we can voice our own petitions and praises to our God, who is always available and ready to hear us.

Know a good and loving God better. Learn to press into His love and presence in every situation, through every experience, with every emotion. Let Him bless the daylights out of you in a stunning array of themes: unity, joy, gratitude, redemption, repentance, the power of blessings, facing ridicule, and more. If you have doubts about God's relevance, His love for you, His goodness, His care, His presence, this study is for you.

A Note About Dates: As with all our studies, we prioritise giving you as much time and space as possible for the study and discussion, so we give people two weeks to do each 'week' of this study (we meet every week for discussion and to watch the teaching video).

God of Deliverance: Exodus 1-18

God of Deliverance: Exodus 1-18

Fall 2028 - Winter 2029

Blessed be the Lord, Who has delivered you. - Exodus 18:10

With that introduction, we enter into the story of the Hebrew people in the Book of Exodus. No longer under the protection of their forefather Joseph, the children of Israel became slaves to the Egyptians. But God was raising up a deliverer in Moses, to lead His people from bondage to freedom so they could worship Him.

The exodus of the Israelites shapes our understanding of the whole Bible, its themes reverberating all the way to Revelation. Exodus is the birth narrative of a nation unmistakably guided by the Great Deliverer.

We will learn how Israel’s story is our story: the same God who delivered Israel also delivers all those He loves from slavery to sin and from service to the pharaohs of this world. He lifts our eyes to the promised land He has prepared where we dwell with I AM and worship Him as the one true God. If you are exhausted by the way this world works, society, expectations, roles, the way each day seems to sweep us away like a tide until we are exhausted, depleted, and wondering how we will make it through another, the God who delivered a nation into freedom is inviting you to freedom.

A Note About Dates: As with all our studies, we prioritise giving you as much time and space as possible for the study and discussion, so we give people two weeks to do each 'week' of this study (we meet every week for discussion and to watch the teaching video). God of Freedom: Exodus 19-40

God of Freedom: Exodus 19-40

Winter - Spring 2029

Every book of the Bible tells us what is true about God, painting a stunning picture of One who is wonderful to know. In Genesis we see Him as Creator and Covenant Maker. In Exodus we see Him as our strong Deliverer who sets us free from sin and death.

In this study of Exodus 19–40, journey through the story of how God shepherds His newly-liberated children into an understanding of what their freedom means: lives consecrated for service to God and to one another. Revisit familiar scenes of the giving of the Ten Commandments, the idolatrous worship of a golden calf, and of the intricate details of the tabernacle. And with fresh perspective, ask what these stories teach God's children today about how to live as those set free.

In every page of the Bible, learn to see Christ through the stories of His people. And discover how the God who created you and made a covenant with you will deliver you from death to life, for His name and renown. Whether you've known Him for years or never met Him, this study will help you know the good God who created and loves you.

A Note About Dates: As with all our studies, we prioritise giving you as much time and space as possible for the study and discussion, so we give people two weeks to do each 'week' of this study (we meet every week for discussion and to watch the teaching video). Hosea: Unfailing Love

Hosea: Unfailing Love

Fall 2029 - Winter 2030

Unfailing Love changes everything. The Book of Hosea is a deeply personal and passionate love story, yet it’s a difficult story. As an account full of harsh judgment unfolds, we find in its midst a rare gem: the truest and purest of loves. Hosea, an Old Testament prophet, preached his own life message using his marriage as the sermon illustration.

This study of Hosea looks deeply at that message. You’ll be guided to understand, but more especially to apply, the message of the prophet of love. Hosea showers us with hope and points to the coming of the promised Messiah. Be amazed by the love of Hosea for his wayward spouse—and more amazed by the unfailing love of God for His wayward people.
