Summer Camps 2018

 

JULY 9 - 13
Soccer Camp                 For children Gr. 1-Gr. 6 (in the fall)
9:00AM-NOON                            
Drop-off and pick-up will be at Noel Booth Park (north east soccer field,
36 Ave. & 202 St.).  Wear your cleats, shin pads, and any other protective
equipment.  Bring a water bottle.  Snack provided.  
Cost:  $40/child

 

JULY 16 - 20

Basketball Camp       For children Gr. 2-Gr. 7 (in the fall)
9:00AM - NOON                         

The church parking lot will be where we learn a few tricks of the game
and have some fun.  Please wear your basketball court shoes, bring a basketball,
and a water bottle.  Snack will be provided.

Cost: $40/child


AMPED Afternoon Camp
1:00PM - 4:00PM            
        For children Gr. 1 - Gr. 6 (in the fall)

Children will play games, hear Bible stories, make crafts and enjoy the outdoors.
Please bring a water bottle.  Snack will be provided.
Cost: FREE

If you are registering for both of the July 16-20 camps,
please bring a bag lunch.
(NUT FREE)

 

JULY 23 - 27

AMPED All Day Camp
9:00AM - 3:00PM                             For children Gr. 1 - Gr. 6 (in the fall)
A week of sports, water games, crafts, singing, Bible stories and more!
Bring a bag lunch (NUT FREE) and a water bottle. Snacks provided.
Cost: $80/child

Parental/Guardian Consent

I/We the parents or guardians, named above, consent to the participation of the above named children in this activity. I/We am/are aware that there are risks associated with participation, including the risk of injury and I/We consent to my/our child(ren)'s participation, in spite of such risks.

In the event that my/our child(ren) requires medical attention, I/We acknowledge that it is my/our responsibility to arrange/provide for such appropriate care. In case of emergency, where I/we cannot be reached when the participant needs immediate medical care, I/we the parents or guardians, named above, authorize the ministry staff of Brookswood Baptist Church to sign a consent for medical treatment and to authorize any physician or hospital to provide medical assessment, treatment or procedures for the participant named above.

This children's event has been arranged solely for the enjoyment of the participants. I/We, the parents or guardians named above, undertake and agree to indemnify and hold blameless the ministry staff, Brookswood Baptist Church, its pastors, and Lead Team from and against any loss, damage or injury suffered by the participant as a result of being part of this children's event of Brookswood Baptist Church, as well as of any medical treatment authorized by the supervising individuals representing the church. This consent and authorization is effective only when participating in events of Brookswood Baptist Church.
